Be careful, this area(zone) hotels will not allow you to checkin at night. When you arrive in Dhaka at night, just come to here. I searched around 10 hotels they did not accept me.I knew why later. Most of hotels running for prostitutions around this area so they did not accept foreigner.

Baitus Samir,Nice manager and good price, be careful and try to choose inside room coz you can not sleep sound of car horning. But You can also enjoy the sound. Hahaha. Enjoy Dhaka.
